Mindset & Creation: How Thoughts Affect The Physical

Writer: Jesse JacquesJesse Jacques

"The cover of Rage Against The Machine's debut album features the famous 1963 photo of Thích Quảng Đức, a Vietnamese Buddhist monk who lit himself on fire--and remained entirely composed and emotionless throughout his self-immolation--in protest of the government's oppression of the Buddhist religion. (It was this very photograph that persuaded U.S. President John F. Kennedy to withdraw support for then-Vietnamese President Ngô Đình Diệm's government.) Rage Against The Machine found it apt for their support for worldwide anti-oppression activism and licensed the image from photographer Malcom Browne".

Did you know you can see without your eyes, hear without your ears and speak without moving your mouth? I know it sounds like a science fiction novel, but it's the truth in our reality. We see the physical world with our eyes. But we also have an inner world that can see into our future and past without using our eyes. What exactly is that sight?

If you said "I AM AMAZING" to yourself without saying it out loud, what was the voice that spoke inside you, and how did you actually hear yourself speaking? Because your mouth didn't move, yet you spoke. There was no sound yet you could actually hear. Wild right?

So why am I bringing this up, and how does it relate to creativity? The limitless of who you really are is within you. It's that thing that can see, hear, create and heal without physical actions. We have the physical body that exists in three-dimensional space/time, but our inner world, the infinite "I AM AMAZING" that flows through you, comes from another source entirely. "The highest elevation of self." Your inner space is where it all begins, so you must be mindful of your perspective about yourself, your abilities, and the world around you. Everything you think and say in silence has absolute power in the real world.
